Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

A Note on Land Ownership

Land ownership is conveyed by filing notarized documents, called deeds, at the county where the land is located. Because of the complexity of conveying ownership, reversing a transaction is not a simple process. Real estate is a big decision — and we want to make sure you're sure before you proceed.

1. Returns (30 Days)

Our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase. To be eligible, the land must be conveyed back in the same condition it was received. Return requests may incur fees from APXN Property LLC and may incur fees from the county, a notary, or other sources. Even if you haven't yet received the recorded deed, the recording process may be irreversible and a second deed may need to be created. If the property has been recorded in your name or your designee's name, we will need to approve the return. Once your return is requested in writing, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that our document preparation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

3. Exchanges (365 Days)

Our exchange policy lasts 365 days from purchase. To be eligible, the land must be conveyed back in the same condition it was received. Exchange credit, once approved, is available to purchase another property and expires 90 days after APXN Property executes the exchange documents. Additional fees may apply; any remaining credit is maintained per this policy.

4. Additional Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchange-credited; sale items cannot be refunded or exchange-credited.

You're responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging your item. Fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund or exchange credit. For items over $75, consider a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund: check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@apxnproperty.com.
